Not at all! Our Box Fit classes are beginner friendly. We'll teach you the basics and guide you through each combination step by step.
Bring water, a towel, and comfortable workout clothes. If you have your own boxing gloves, great! If not, we have gloves available to borrow for the session.
Each session lats approximately 45 to 55 minutes, including warm-up , workout, and stretch.
It's a high-energy mix of boxing drills (floor standing punch bags), strength and core training, and a pre and post stretch. Expect to sweat, tone up, and leave feeling mentally and physically recharged.
No. All boxing work is non-contact and done on individual punch bags.
Participants must be 16 or older to join our adult classes. (Contact us about youth programs if you are interested!)
