BoxFit Class
Our BoxFit class is a fun, full body workout that combines simple boxing combinations with functional strength and core training. In a friendly group setting, you'll work at your own pace on floor standing punch bags, learning power punch combos that help boost your endurance, coordination, and cardio fitness.
Between bag rounds, we build strength and core stability with a mix of bodyweight exercises, light resistance work, and easy to follow circuit intervals. Each session keeps the energy positive and steady, leaving you feeling refreshed, confident, and uplifted.

What to expect in a Box Fit Class
- Punch Bag Stations – We provide professional floor-standing punch bags to unleash high-intensity boxing combos. No experience needed—just bring your energy.
- Strength & Core Training – In between rounds on the bag, you’ll move through targeted strength and core exercises using bodyweight, light or heavy weights.
- High-Energy Atmosphere – Music, movement, and motivation fuel the session. Expect to sweat, smile, and leave it all on the floor.
- Mindfulness & Recovery – We end each class with light stretching—to calm the nervous system and boost overall wellbeing and recovery.
- All Levels Welcome – Whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned athlete, you can go at your own pace with guidance from our instructor.
